Michael has been a licensed agent for 30+ years. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University in Muncie, IN in 1989.

Michael Co-Founded Warner-Cox Insurance Services, Inc. in 2005 after spending time with Farm Bureau Insurance and Gregory & Apple (Independent Agency). Michael's primary focus is to provide outstanding customer service to his clients while representing some of the Top Insurance Companies in the industry. Making sure clients have the proper insurance is a responsibility he takes very serious and helping those clients during the claims process is what the insurance industry is all about.

Cindy has over 30 years experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Professional beginning with Allstate as a claim rep, she then moved to the independent agency system selling and servicing personal insurance products such as Auto, Homeowners, Boat, Motorcycle, and Umbrella coverage's.

As Personal Insurance Manager for Acordia/Wells Fargo Insurance, she supervised a personal lines staff handling revenue of $1,000,000+ while handling her own book of business for 28 years.

In 2012, Cindy was selected as a Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional, an honor given to less than 1% of insurance professionals in Central Indiana area. Chosen by clients, peers, and industry experts, this award exemplifies Cindy's commitment to providing the best in product knowledge and service to her many clients over the years.

Cindy joined the agency in 2014 and has become the primary Personal Lines resource for the staff.

Steve has over 30 years experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. He began as a Personal Lines Underwriter for the Kemper Group in the late 70's before becoming involved in Commercial Underwriting and Marketing for several companies over 8 years.

As a agent/broker for Marsh & McLennan, and then the Willis Group, he produced and managed mid-market and risk management accounts including colleges, universities, worldwide restaurant groups, property owners and managers, manufacturers, and golf course management/design companies.

As Director of Sales and Marketing for Acordia, Inc. he managed sales and service staff and developed market relationships to promote new business goals and improve client retention.

Steve partnered with Warner-Cox to sell quality insurance products and provide the best service to both personal and business clients.
